Are you a Child and Family Hub leader, manager or coordinator in Australia? If so, you’ll soon receive an invitation to take part in the National Child and Family Hubs Snapshot – Australia’s first data collection of all Child and Family Hubs.

Child and Family Hubs are an evidence-based and vital part of the child and family service system. They are welcoming places in local communities where families can access  wraparound services and supports when they need them and build strong social connections.

National Child and Family Hubs Snapshot

To strengthen Hubs, we need a clearer national picture of how the 470+ Hubs in Australia operate and what their workforce needs are.

Building this evidence together will inform policy, advocacy and action to ensure a strong and sustainable future for Hubs. It will also help to optimise Hubs to deliver the greatest benefits for children and their families.

How to take part

Hub Leaders, managers and coordinators will receive a direct email invitation to take part in the National Child and Family Hubs Snapshot. This part of the snapshot will explore how Hubs operate and are funded.

Hub Leaders and Managers will also be invited to complete and share a second survey with their workforce to better understand workforce wellbeing and needs.

Every Hub matters. Help us showcase your voices and needs by taking part in the National Snapshot.

If you have any questions about the National Snapshot, please contact Jacqueline Ding [email protected]
